Unlike some consignment or "Park & Sell" lots, we get paid when your machine sells. Moto Tech has a large outdoor lot and indoor showroom that allows you to take advantage of our Easy Consignment Program. Because we pay for the marketing and advertising, we are motivated to sell your bike, ATV, trailer, car, truck, RV, boat, or anything else that has a motor. |
Here is how it works:
We have an easy, 1-page form that authorizes Moto Tech to market, advertise, display, and sell your machine for a time period of no less than 30-days. We ask that you give us a 10-day notice if you want to take it home - as we may be running advertising.
We agree on the price and then we immediately go to work. There are 3 different ways that we get paid when we sell your machine:
1. Your asking price and a commission to us.
2. Your asking price and flat fee to us.
3. Your asking price and whatever we can sell above that we keep.
We ask that you do the following before selling with us:
| #1 Clean and Shine your machine |
| #2 Wipe off engine grime and oil spills |
| #3 Change oil/filter and check fluids. |
| #4 Make certain that it starts and runs well |
| #5 Wipe and clean wheels and tires |
| #6 Remove and clean old decals and stickers |
| #7 Clean windows inside and out |
| #8 Have the machine insured |
| #9 Clean carpet and upholstery |
If you don't have the time to prep your machine, we can do it for you, with our professional detail services at a very fair price. We don't accept machines that have not been sufficiently prepped. Ask our Sales Team any question on how to improve you machine's appeal - they are here to help.
