Moto Tech is owned and managed by Loyal and Stephanie Gibbons. Prior to opening Moto Tech in 2004, Loyal was a manager at Micron Technology of 20 years. He is a lifelong power sports enthusiast with a vision of having his own shop and the courage to give up his high powered corporate job to make his dream a reality. Stephanie has business experience in both the real estate and financial arenas and provides strong experience and attention to detail.

Joe has been with Moto Tech since January of 2009 but has worked in the industry since 2006. He has been riding dirtbikes for 13 years.

As the accessories manager, Renee’s goal at Moto Tech is to give her customers the best buying experience. She has been in the industry for 11 years. Renee started riding a quad at the age of ten and now holds a personal passion for powersports whether it’s on water, dirt or snow.

Rob is Arctic Cat master certified in snowmobiles and ATV's and carries certifications for Polaris, Yamaha, and Sea Doo. Rob is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to servicing powersports machines. Daniel graduated at the top of his class at MMI and has years of experience working on powersports toys. Daniel is Arctic Cat master certified in both ATV's and snowmobiles and is also certified for Honda, Suzuki motorcycles. Daniel enjoys building race cars in his spare time.

Mitch started out working in his Dad's fabrication business when he was just a kid. He has over five years experience working on snowmobiles, motorcycles and ATV's. Mitch has earned his Arctic Cat Master Certification for ATV's and is working on snowmobile certification. He is certified in Honda power equipment.

Nate is the middle man between the service techs and the customer. He oversees customer information and communication for the service department as well as assisting with quotes and scheduling. As a recent graduate from the Boise State Powersports and Small Engine Repair program, he has a great knowledge of the equipment, and what it takes to maintain it.
